The specialists employed by the TAVRIA V’s Department of Development and Construction handle the following global tasks:

  • Development of technological facilities of retail outlets.
  • Coordination of planning organizations and contractors.
  • Conduction of tenders and conclusion of contracts for the purchase of raw materials, technological equipment, etc.
  • Approval of budgets for construction and installation.
  • Audit of project and budget documentation.
  • Engineering supervision of the construction process.
  • Performing the actual construction until the object is put into operation.
  • Performing maintenance operations and reconstruction of retail facilities.

 

The department includes a specialized construction and installation team. The team has much experience in construction projects in different regions of Ukraine.
